People can submit ideas where they describe the outlines of their idea in the following format:
What: Description of the idea
Where: Area/location
Who: Person submitting the idea
Why: Purpose of the idea
When: Rough timeline
How: Rough description of the plan needed to execute the idea
After an idea has been posted. The Coorest Community can comment on the idea and changes can be proposed. The submitter of the idea is responsible for keeping track of the comments and making changes. When the submitter thinks the idea is ready for a review, the Coorest team is notified. After a review by Coorest the Idea can be submitted for voting in order to progress to the proposal phase.
