In this phase, a more detailed description of the proposal is made using the business model canvas. This video explains the model and how to use it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CakUeC1sCSs

Customer segments – Provide a description of all potential customers
Value proposition – What value is Coorest offering to the potential customers?
Sales channels – How do Coorest products and services find their way to the customers?
Customer relationships – How do we communicate and maintain contact with customers?
Revenue streams – How will Coorest generate income?
Key resources – What resources does Coorest need to allocate to this proposal?
Key activities – What does Coorest need to do? Tech / marketing / sales etc
Key partners – Which partners are essential to succeed?
Cost structure – Provide a cost overview

The end goal of this business model description is to understand if a proposal is (economically) viable and sustainable. Coorest board and Tree council members will evaluate proposals. After successful evaluation, the proposal will be put-up for initial voting via the Coorest forum. When a proposal passes the first selection round, the final voting will be moved to Snapshot.
